1. What is Amazon Hub?

Amazon Hub is the umbrella brand for Locker and Counter. There will be Locker or a Counter service available at an Amazon Hub location where you can pick up your Amazon parcels.

2. What is the difference between Locker and Counter?

Lockers are self-service kiosks where customers can collect or return their Amazon parcels at a time that's convenient for them. Counters are retail locations such as convenience or high street stores where customers can pick up their Amazon parcels - the parcel will be handed over by a staff member in store.

3. How do I use an Amazon Hub location?

To use an Amazon Hub location simply find a convenient location and add it to your Amazon address book or search for it when prompted at checkout. Then, select it as your delivery address. Once your parcel has been delivered, we will email you a collection barcode. Simply visit your selected Locker or Counter to collect your parcel. At a Locker you will scan this yourself; at a counter location the store assistant will scan your barcode before handing you your parcel.

4. How much does using Amazon Hub cost?

There is no charge for Amazon Prime members when using Locker or Counter. If you're not an Amazon Prime member, you'll be charged £2.99 for One-Day delivery. If you spend more than £10 on books or £20 on anything else, you will qualify for FREE standard delivery.

5. How long do I have to pick up my parcel?

You have 3 calendar days to pick up your parcel from a Locker and 14 calendar days to pick up your parcel from a Counter. If you're not able to collect your parcel within this time-frame, it will be returned for a refund.

6. What kind of items can be delivered to an Amazon Hub location?

Items dispatched by Amazon are eligible for delivery to an Amazon Hub location. This includes Marketplace items that are Fulfilled by Amazon (usually items from Amazon Merchants or Warehouse Deals).

7. What kind of items can not be delivered to an Amazon Hub location?

Items sold by third-party Sellers, age restricted and hazardous material items aren't eligible for delivery via Amazon Hub.

8. Can I return an item to a an Amazon Hub location?

You can return your Amazon parcels using a Locker.
